About our Blast Guard
Our Blast Guard products eradicate the need for the traditional method of duct taping or masking of flange faces. No more hassle, simply peel and place your Blast Guard on the flange face and blast away!
Unlike duct tape, a Blast Guard is designed to be applied before blasting and left in place through painting, baking, storage, and shipping; all the while leaving no residue when removed.
Each Blast Guard is precisely cut to your specified dimensions by our CNC machinery. Typical sizes follow ANSI standard nominal flange dimensions, making them interchangeable between pressure classes.

Lead times vary based on size, customization, and quantity. Items we stock (1/2"-24") sizes typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom orders, items usually ship within 5-10 business days.
